Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your next mountain adventure.
How do I choose the right ski length for my ability?
Selecting the correct length depends on your height, weight, and skiing style. Generally, skis should reach between your chin and the top of your head. Advanced skiers often prefer longer skis for stability at high speeds, while beginners benefit from shorter skis for easier turning.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for new orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your skis leave our warehouse.
Do Liberty Skis come with a warranty?
Yes, all Liberty skis are backed by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers structural issues but does not include damage from impact, normal wear and tear, or improper mounting.
What is your return policy for equipment?
We accept returns on unused, unmounted skis in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once bindings have been mounted to the skis, they are considered used and are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to the United States and Canada. For other international locations, please contact our customer support team or check our dealer locator to find a certified Liberty Skis retailer in your region.
How should I maintain my skis during the off-season?
We recommend applying a thick layer of 'storage wax' over the edges and base without scraping it off to prevent oxidation. Store your skis in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and avoid damp garages or basements.
