Securely pack your unused skis or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective materials are in place.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
